Towyn & Kinmel Bay Town Council reserves the right to monitor and obtain sent and received emails which relate to Town Council business and as part of its Communication Policy acknowledges that all members of the Council should copy the Town Clerk in on all correspondence relating to the Town Council so as to ensure compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
