Towyn and Kinmel Bay are vibrant countryside and seaside communities with a wide range of residential property in an area primarily notes as a tourist and popular retirement area.
Close but not too close to the A55 North Wales Expressway linking the area with Anglesey then Ireland to the West and Chester to the East and providing easy access to Snowdonia, coastal and inland North Wales. The closest mainline railway stations are Abergele and Rhyl with regular services to London.
In common with many other parts of the UK the area has experienced coastal flooding with flood prevention measures managed by Conwy County Borough Council and Natural Resources Wales. Before the 1930’s there was little settlement in the area though to the south is part of the site of the battle of Morfa Rhuddlan which took place in AD795.

Holiday makers can be certain of a relaxing time in fresh air from the sea and mountains with mild weather good for walking and cycling year round. There are high quality amusements, markets, beaches, cycle paths and pet friendly areas throughout the community.
Tir Llwyd industrial park sits outside the residential area is in the process of further development with plenty of space in this prime location. The council along with a community group are engaged with our locality planning process in keeping with the Wales Government wellbeing of future generations Act as part of a process of careful development.
